The "3 Day University at Barrytown" is modeled after University 1-day workshops at Harvard and Columbia to give participants a taste of the kinds of courses they might experience at those institutions.
On January 9, 10, and 11, at UTS in Barrytown, the program will feature 18 seminars focusing on the interaction of Science and Religion, Faith and Reality, and Culture and Spirituality. Several sessions explore Applied Unificationism including the Freedom Society. Participants will be able to attend nine of the seminars of their choice.
This program, which is for high school students, college students, young adults and older adults of all ages, is meant to display our faith in the vitality, talent and intellectual "firepower" of Unificationists (and like-minded allies and colleagues) in America, and our capacity to contribute to the larger culture and world.
Each seminar will include presentations by scholar/expert(s) in the field as well as group discussions and activities.
